Diamond Details - Terms & Conditions

 

    • Diamond Details Ltd offers premium mobile detailing services, bringing luxury car care directly to your location. To ensure a smooth service, clients must provide a safe, secure, and suitable work environment. The location should allow adequate space for both our service vehicle and your car, with enough room to move around freely without disturbing others. Any permits or parking fees required for the service location will be the client’s responsibility. If you cannot provide these, please contact us to explore alternative options.
    • For our services, Diamond Details requires a nearby power outlet to connect an extension lead within 30 meters of the workspace. Clients are responsible for any electricity costs incurred during the service. Additionally, access to a water supply within 10 meters of the workspace is required, with the client covering any water costs used during the service.
    • Diamond Details reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff unavailability or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, the booking will be rescheduled to the nearest available date that works for both the client and Diamond Details. All bookings require a 50% deposit of the service cost to be confirmed. Please note that cancellations or booking changes are not accepted within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, and the full service cost will be charged. Bank transfer payments must be completed on the day of the booking.
